limited soundproofing small parking space
the room had limited soundproofing. i could clearly hear other guests, not ideal. the small size of the parking space was also an issue. maneuvering in and out was quite challenging (was like a car puzzle).

limited channel uncomfortable seating
the breakfast was top notch, a definite highlight of my stay.
I was disappointed that the tv had limited channels, almost all in spanish. the only exception seemed to be bbc world news, and it played the same content in a loop. also, the seating wasn't suitable for watching tv. There was just one straight-backed desk chair for two people. it was not a good experience.

black mold silicone smell
The staff were very friendly. They welcomed us right away.
The black mold in the shower and hammam was a bit of a letdown. Not what i expected from a place like this. when i mentioned it, they just covered the mold with silicone. That didn't fix anything. plus, the fresh silicone smell wasn't exactly inviting either.
